It always feels good to go away each year and visit my family and home town each year! Unfortunately this trip also included a memorial service for my Dad who suddenly passed about a week before we planned to leave. The kids still had a wonderful time as usual and enjoyed the warmer weather, lots of SWIMMING, lots of sunshine, thunderstorms, and being in a 4th of July parade for the first time! And we all enjoyed the family time with each other, especially Grandma Mary and Grandpa Steve!

Omigosh, Heather doing the chicken dance at the Gateway Olympic Fountain was hilarious and Hannah is growing up so nicely! Thanks for coming, we had a blast, too!
