Each year I work with Green Halloween and the fantastic minds behind this movement (Corey Colwell-Lipson and Lynn Colwell) and learn how to be eco-friendly and healthy on Halloween (and other holidays!). Come check it out at an open house this Wednesday from 11-4pm at the Bellevue Whole Foods store. I’ll be at a table with some fun pirate themed crafts re-using leather/pleather upholstery samples. There will be many other tables to explore around the store offering crafts and activities for the little ones! Ideas, samples and give-aways will also be offered to help us all get started with great ideas on how to be Green this Halloween!!
In addition to the crafts I’ll be taking pictures of the kids – in costume or not (costumes are fun!!!) and sharing a digital file with you FREE! So come check it out, bring the kids and have fun! See you there!! Just a few pictures I took at the 2007 Green Halloween Event at Whole Foods!!! The pumpkins and apples make for a splendid fall background!!!

Oh the fun photographing I, M, and tiny S! {I} was in love with being in front of the camera (I could have photographed her all day), and the camera adored her! {M} was a little reluctant but he sure came around when we played the binky game – pop it out- pop it in -pop it out – pop it in! what a handsome little man. And sweet baby S was happy to sleep through the chaos! But SOOOO cute Kiersten and Guttorm!!! It was great seeing you all again!!!

Meet 8 month old {S} and his sweet parents. This little cutie makes me think “love bug” when he’s snuggled in with his parents. Isn’t he super cute??? I think so!

Another sneak peek of a new tiny little girl born in January. I was so excited to hear that she shares her birthday with my little girl (who is now 5)! Isn’t she so sweet!! Just beautiful and we had the most amazing sunny day and was able to use natural light which I love!! A rare winter treat here in the NW.

I just adore this age! Love their big smiles, rolly polly little bodies, their reactions to their parents when they sing favorite songs :). Little {M} was all of that!

Ohhhh… my heart has melted I think! This newest little one was just sweet sweet sweet.

These cute kiddo’s took part in a rare chance for studio mini sessions! I had so much fun with these little ones. There is something about the simplicity of children only with studio work to focus only on the child… I love it!
I love seeing the newborns I photograph grow into these cuties! Look at their sweet smiles now. :)
